We already offer Toll blend services to local and worldwide mega Multinational Lubricant Companies, As ARABCO manufacturing plant Contains:

1. A fully automated Base oil storage tanks, blending kettles and filling lines that produce different lubricants pack sizes (Bulk batches, IBCs, Drums, Pails and Gallons) in high capacities (Max storage: 3000 MT / Max blend: 200 MT per batch / Max fill capacity: 2400 MT per month).

2. An outstanding quality control system which assures that each material fulfills the quality measures at the given tolerances from: packing materials, Base oils and Additives. The plant has an advanced level laboratory that applies a full range measures and tests on base oils, additives and blended products pre-filling.

3.  A global supply chain, logistics and production team that serve lubricant businesses material chain upstream from suppliers downstream to finished products dispatch.        

At our Plant, we offer:

7.  Blending tanks are Stainless Steel; therefore, wastage and tank washings are kept to a minimum. 
8.  We heat using steam heat exchangers that are powered by an energy efficient burner. 
9.  Indoor loading and offloading of bulk road tankers. 
10.  A combination of loadcell technology, pressure transducers as well as flow meters as means of measuring accurately and keeping stock systems live.
